Lance Turpin

Lance Turpin, a certified Physician Assistant, has worked in orthopedics since graduation from PA school in 1999. Lance’s undergraduate work was started at Ricks College of BYU-Idaho before he completed his bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant studies at Idaho State University. Lance has worked in varied medical practice settings, including Lutheran General Hospital, a level-one trauma center in Chicago, and Rockwood Clinic of Spokane, Washington.

Lance returned to Idaho Falls in the Fall of 2003 to work at Summit Orthopaedics until 2018, when he joined our team here at Orthopedic Specialists of Idaho. Lance has been trained in both trauma and sports medicine, with specific proficiency in fracture reduction, joint injections, casting/splinting, and surgical assisting.
